About the Role
As a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator, you are the driving force behind successful installations and exceptional customer experiences. You will manage crews and job sites from start to finish, ensuring every project adheres to company workflows while balancing quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role is designed for ambitious, detail-oriented leaders who possess the grit and integrity to solve problems in real-time and the desire to master the roofing industry.
What You'll Do
  • Complete every item on the On-Site Project Coordinator checklist and execute work orders with exactness to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Manage and monitor your assigned crew, holding them accountable to our installation neatness standards and preventing property or equipment damage.
  • Proactively analyze job sites to determine protection measures, ensuring the customer's property is left in better condition than it was found.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the customer to keep them informed of job progress and involve them in key decisions.
  • Utilize strong problem identification and resolution skills to handle challenges in real-time; immediately alert the General Manager if crew compliance issues arise.
  • Deliver unrivaled customer service to build brand loyalty, increase branch profitability, and ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
  • Actively analyze policies and processes to generate ideas that improve efficiency and help the company grow.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety provisions required by law and company policy.
  • Be willing to work Saturdays when project demands require it.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in construction, farming, service-based, or similar industries is helpful but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy) and a background check free of felony convictions.
  • Prior management experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
