What key skills and qualifications are necessary to excel as a manager waterproofing?

To thrive as a Manager Waterproofing, you need expertise in construction practices, waterproofing materials and techniques, along with a relevant engineering or construction management degree. The manager ensures that waterproofing systems are installed correctly to protect structures from water damage. Responsibilities often include managing teams, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during projects.
