Outside Sales Representatives teach homeowners on exterior projects (Roofing, Siding, Gutters) through storm damages. Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representative:

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative:

  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close sales opportunities (Territory canvassing, networking, referrals)
  • Manage and maximize sales in assigned territories
  • Perform exterior property inspections with photos or videos to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspection to claim filed and sign contingency agreement
  • Explain scope of work, roof color selection and sign contract
  • Meet insurance adjusters on-site to show damages
  • Collect payments and deductibles
  • Generate referrals from clients
  • Build trust with homeowners and provide great customer service
  • Educate homeowners on products, roofing industry, and our company procedures
  • Track sales activity and pipeline in company CRM
  • Stay in touch with clients, management, and corporate staff
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and follow company sales process

Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative:

  • 2+ years sales experience preferred, not required
  • Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
  • Strong communication, time managing, organization abilities
  • Must be self-motivated and resilient!
  • Smart phone required to download apps & photo
  • Previous experience canvassing door to door a benefit not required
  • CRM data entry experience is a plus
  • Valid drivers license (All States applicable)
  • Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
