Full-Time | Compensation: $50,000 – $200,000+ per year (Uncapped)

Job Summary 
The Roofing Sales Professional will generate and manage their own book of business while guiding homeowners through inspections, estimates, and the insurance claims process. This role combines sales, project management, and customer education. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working in the field, and driven to succeed in a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. 
What You’ll Do 
  • Generate and close new sales opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and networking 
  • Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections 
  • Educate homeowners on the condition of their property and recommended solutions 
  • Prepare quotes for roof, siding, and exterior replacement projects 
  • Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable 
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners 
  • Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing 
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
