Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee and service commercial roofing and sheet metal service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs, sheet metal work, and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls

Diagnose complex commercial roofing and sheet metal issues and perform repairs

Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities

Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met

Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff

Train and mentor service team members

Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience, strongly preferred

3+ years of commercial sheet metal experience required
