Position Summary

Bul-Tec Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing and sheet metal jobs on a variety of roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in commercial roofing systems, sheet metal fabrication, and installation.



Responsibilities

Install commercial roofing and sheet metals jobs

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily project activities to ensure timely completion.

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and other low-slope roofing systems.

Perform and oversee sheet metal fabrication and installation for roofing projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.

Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing and sheet metal installation techniques.

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and manpower requirements.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with project managers and clients.

Conduct site inspections and address workmanship issues as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman required.

Extensive experience with TPO, EPDM, and low-slope roofing systems.

Strong background in sheet metal fabrication and installation.

Proven ability to lead and manage roofing crews.

Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Knowledge of commercial roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Valid Driver's License required.



Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.

Experience with specialty commercial roofing systems.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
