Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and supervise installation crews on commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on job sites
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities
  • Install sheet metal components including flashing, coping, gutters, and downspouts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulations
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members
  • Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and progress updates

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sheet metal installation experience with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing and sheet metal systems
