Description:

The Branch Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for branch functions, including sales execution, production performance, staffing, overseeing customer satisfaction, financial management, and market growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with roofing or construction experience who can balance people management, operational execution, and business growth. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in sales leadership and operational oversight, preferably in the industry of construction or roofing experience. The ideal candidate is a self-started person with a proven track record of driving business, growing branches, recruiting, developing people, and able to hold sales teams accountable.

Requirements

Branch Operations & Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full operational leadership for the branch, ensuring disciplined execution across sales, production, service, and administrative functions

Recruit, lead, coach, and develop sales representatives, project managers, and office personnel to achieve performance objectives

Drive revenue growth by strengthening pipeline discipline, improving close rates, and aligning the team around market-specific sales strategies

Oversee production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, crew coordination, and project delivery timelines

Manage branch financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgets, labor costs, production costs, and profitability targets

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company workmanship and quality standards

Resolve escalated customer, warranty, and operational issues with professionalism 

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators, sales metrics, operational performance, and branch productivity

Championing a culture of safety, ensuring compliance, accountability, and operational consistency across all branch activities

Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors, crews, community partners, and internal stakeholders

Sales & Revenue Growth

Lead branch sales performance through structured coaching, performance management, training, and strategic execution

Evaluate pipeline health, conversion rates, sales activity, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Partner with sales leadership to execute market-specific growth initiatives and strengthen local market penetration

Production & Project Oversight

Direct job scheduling, production timelines, resource allocation, and quality control processes

Ensure every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and consistent with company workmanship standards

Collaborate closely with project managers, crews, and vendors to remove obstacles and resolve issues efficiently

Financial Management

Own branch budgets, labor planning, cost controls, and profitability outcomes

Review P&L results, production costs, revenue performance, and operational trends to support informed decision-making

Ensure accurate reporting, timely submission of operational metrics, and clear visibility into branch performance

Customer Experience

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from initial engagement through project completion

Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism, ownership, and a solutions-oriented approach

Protect, strengthen, and advance the company's reputation within the local market

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, permitting requirements, and applicable local regulations

Promote safe jobsite practices, proactive risk management, and accountability at every level of the operation


Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field

Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or senior field leader preferred

Strong command of roofing operations, sales processes, production workflows, and customer lifecycle management

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold high-performing teams accountable for results

Experience managing budgets, KPIs, P&L performance, and operational reporting

Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and measurable performance expectations

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed, subject to applicable law and business requirements
