Position Summary:
Quick Roofing is hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing projects for our REIT and commercial customers in the Phoenix area. The Project Manager is responsible for managing roofing and construction projects from inspection through completion. This is a field-based, onsite role that involves managing crews, materials, schedules, and customer expectations for commercial and REIT roofing projects. This position is ideal for someone with construction or roofing experience who enjoys being in the field and managing crews, materials, and project details.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage roofing projects onsite from start to completion
  • Conduct roof inspections and coordinate materials
  • Track project costs schedules and timelines
  • Communicate with customers vendors and internal teams
  • Resolve jobsite issues while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company expectation
  • Ensure safety compliance quality standards and workmanship
  • Inspect completed work and address deficiencies as needed
  • Provide regular project updates and documentation

Requirements
