Job description

Construction Laborer - Stout Roofing

Location: St. George, UT (reporting daily to the office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16/hr, with room to grow for reliable, responsible team members

About the Role

We're looking for a hardworking, dependable laborer to support our roofing crews across job sites. Each morning you'll check in at the office to get your list of tasks for the day, then head out to help wherever you're needed. No two days look exactly alike, and the right person will jump in wherever the crews need an extra hand.

What You'll Do

  • Clean new construction sites and haul jobsite garbage to the dump
  • Paint roof penetrations and replace broken tiles
  • Load materials onto the roof and stage supplies for crews
  • Pitch in across a variety of tasks to keep projects moving
  • Support the team in any capacity needed throughout the day

About You

  • Reliable, responsible, and ready to work
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor labor in all weather
  • A valid driver's license is a plus - and if you're willing to drive the work vehicle, that comes with additional compensation. Willingness to learn is welcome even if you're not driving yet.
