Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus
Expected Earnings: $65,000 - $105,000+ annually (based on performance)

Compensation

Base Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr

  • Entry-Level: $16/hr
  • Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr

Performance Bonuses:

Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation:

  • $30 per completed appointment
  • $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels
  • $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels
