About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified C-15 Qualifier to join our team and support the continued growth of our solar and construction operations.
The C-15 Qualifier will serve as a key licensed professional responsible for helping ensure that the company's operations remain compliant with applicable licensing, regulatory, and industry requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced C-15 license holder who is interested in a performance-based compensation structure tied to the company's net profit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the company's designated C-15 Qualifying Individual, as applicable.
  • Maintain compliance with Nevada licensing requirements and applicable construction regulations.
  • Provide appropriate oversight and guidance related to C-15 scope of work.
  • Support the company in maintaining required licenses, permits, registrations, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Operations, Project Management, Sales, and Leadership to ensure projects are completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Review and provide guidance on project-related work within the C-15 classification.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with company leadership, employees, subcontractors, customers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies when needed.
  • Help identify and mitigate compliance, operational, and licensing risks.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Active Nevada C-15 license/qualifying credentials in good standing.
  • With 4-years required journey-level experience
  • Meets all applicable requirements to serve as a C-15 Qualifier for the company.
  • Proven experience in construction, contracting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of applicable Nevada construction and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to provide appropriate supervision, oversight, and professional guidance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with company leadership and operational teams.
