Job description

Parapet / Roof Inspector (Short-Term)

Metacomet Construction is seeking a Parapet / Roof Inspector to assist our general contracting team with short-term inspection work. 

Job Type: Short-Term Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time / Flexible Hours)
Pay Rate: $20/hour plus travel expense reimbursement
Hours: Flexible / Part-Time Options Available
Location: Brooklyn, New York (The role is field-based; exact locations vary.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site visits to inspect roofs and building components.
  • Safely access roofs, attics, and other tight or elevated areas using ladders.
  • Document findings in written reports with attention to detail.
  • Communicate any urgent concerns to project management.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
