Roofing Sales Representative — Base + Commission | Paid Training

Welcome to Roof Squad, a technology-first roofing company committed to quality, innovation, and helping our team succeed through best-in-class training, industry-leading warranties, and streamlined systems designed to support long-term career growth with no prior roofing experience required. We are looking for motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals who are comfortable door-knocking and engaging directly with homeowners to inspect roofs, identify opportunities, and guide customers through our simple, tech-enabled inspection-to-contract process.

What We Offer

  • Weekly Base Salary (Training and Production).
  • 30% commission of gross profit - uncapped.
  • Estimated first-year earnings: $80,000 - $120,000

What You'll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing needs.
  • Educate customers on storm damage and insurance claims.
  • Perform roof inspections using video and photo documentation.
  • Use Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools to manage your day and leads.
  • Generate leads independently to build your own sales pipeline; top performers receive assigned leads afterward.
  • Build proposals and close deals on-site

Training Program:

  • Two-week, in-house training at our San Antonio (SATX) branch

IMPORTANT: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You handle your own taxes, health insurance, and START DATES: We run bootcamps monthly.
