This is an opportunity to learn commercial B2B sales while working directly with ownership, building relationships with commercial property managers, and helping expand one of Los Angeles' fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies.

 Responsibilities:
  • Prospect commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles

  • Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments 
  • Learn commercial estimating and proposal development 
  • Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts 
  • Work alongside ownership on larger commercial opportunities
