Power Washing & Exterior Cleaning Technician (1099 Independent Contractor)Contract with Rolling Suds
Rolling Suds is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Power Washing & Exterior Cleaning Technician to help meet the growing demand for our residential and commercial cleaning services as a 1099 Independent Contractor. 
This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level technician with prior power washing experience who is looking to continue developing their skills while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain a strong work ethic, and are committed to delivering exceptional results for our customers.
As Rolling Suds continues to grow, successful contractors may be considered for future full-time employment opportunities and advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial power washing services
  • Perform soft washing and exterior cleaning services
  • Perform window cleaning services as needed
  • Set up, operate, and maintain pressure washing equipment
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
  • Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Represent the Rolling Suds brand positively on every job site
  • Deliver quality workmanship that meets customer expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous power washing experience preferred
  • Traditional window cleaning (squeegee method) experience is a strong plus
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and grow within the industry
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and walking on roofs when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to assess jobsite conditions and make sound decisions
  • Professional appearance and conduct
Availability Requirements
Candidates should be willing and available to work:
  • Daytime hours
  • Evening and nighttime hours as needed
