Job description

World’s Fair Park is seeking a dedicated Restroom Cleaner Day Porter to join the facilities team and help maintain one of Knoxville’s most beloved public spaces. This full-time, weekday role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors. As a key member of the team, you will ensure that the park remains a pleasant destination throughout the year, working both independently and alongside others to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize public restrooms throughout the park to ensure a hygienic environment for visitors
  • Collect and properly dispose of trash from designated areas within the park
  • Operate an ATV vehicle to transport cleaning supplies and access various park locations efficiently
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold park standards
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions to maintain the park’s appearance and safety
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work all assigned shifts as needed, including partial shifts on major holidays
