Commercial Outside Sales Representative

Rolling Suds of El Paso is building its founding commercial sales team and is seeking driven outside-sales professionals who can create opportunities, develop relationships, and close profitable commercial exterior-cleaning work.
This is a true outside-sales position for someone comfortable prospecting independently. You will not be expected to perform cleaning work. Your focus will be identifying commercial opportunities, reaching decision-makers, securing property walkthroughs, developing accounts, presenting approved proposals, and following opportunities through closing.
Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
  • 17% commission on qualifying self-generated commercial revenue
  • 2.5% commission on qualifying recurring-service revenue for up to 12 months after the initial service
  • Commissions are paid on completed and collected revenue
  • All pricing and scopes must be approved through company systems
  • Taxes, refunds, financing charges, equipment rentals, subcontractor costs, and other pass-through expenses may be excluded from commissionable revenue
Examples:
  • $5,000 qualifying commercial job = $850 commission
  • $20,000 qualifying commercial job = $3,400 commission
  • $50,000 qualifying commercial job = $8,500 commission
What You Will Do

  • Prospect commercial properties throughout the El Paso market
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, contractors, and other decision-makers
  • Target apartment communities, shopping centers, restaurants, retail properties, industrial facilities, warehouses, HOAs, offices, and other commercial accounts
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, email outreach, networking, and systematic follow-up
  • Schedule property walkthroughs and gather complete scope information
  • Record every account, contact, activity, and follow-up in Workiz
  • Submit photos, measurements, customer needs, and project details for pricing approval
  • Present approved proposals and follow through until the opportunity is won or formally closed
  • Develop recurring exterior-cleaning and property-maintenance relationships
  • Coordinate with dispatch rather than independently promising production dates
What We Provide

  • An established national exterior-cleaning brand
  • Commercial-grade hot- and cold-water pressure-washing equipment
  • Soft-washing and multi-story cleaning capability
  • CRM and pipeline-management tools through Workiz
  • Pricing, estimating, proposal, and operational support
  • Sales training and service education
  • Marketing materials and branded support
  • A protected process for documenting account ownership and commissions
  • A growing El Paso operation with substantial room for advancement
What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in outside sales, business development, canvassing, account acquisition, or another self-generated sales environment
  • Confidence approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers
  • Ability to remain productive through rejection and long sales cycles
  • Strong communication and follow-up habits
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage an organized pipeline in Workiz
  • Willingness to follow approved pricing, scheduling, and CRM procedures
  • High personal accountability and professional conduct
Experience selling commercial services, facility services, janitorial services, roofing, restoration, landscaping, HVAC, pest control, construction, telecommunications, insurance, or related services is valuable but not required.
Important Expectations

This is not an inbound call-center position. Successful representatives are expected to build their own pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship development.
Sales representatives do not independently determine final commercial pricing or schedule production crews. Rolling Suds controls estimating, pricing approval, dispatch, and service delivery so representatives can focus on acquiring and closing profitable business.
All opportunities, estimates, approvals, and customer activity must be documented in Workiz. Commissions are earned only on qualifying work processed through company systems.
