Familiarity with commercial-grade pressure washers, cleaning agents, and sometimes OSHA safety standards is essential. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong customer service skills set standout technicians apart. These skills ensure efficient, thorough, and safe cleaning services while maintaining client satisfaction and preventing property damage.

Team members typically collaborate to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to help troubleshoot any on-site issues, making communication and teamwork essential in this role.

What is power washing?

Power washing, also known as pressure washing, is a cleaning method that uses high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from surfaces such as buildings, driveways, decks, and vehicles. The powerful stream of water makes it especially effective for cleaning outdoor areas and surfaces that are difficult to clean by hand. Power washing can help improve the appearance of surfaces and extend their lifespan by preventing buildup that can cause damage. It's commonly used for both residential and commercial properties.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

Power washing can potentially earn $10,000 a month for experienced professionals who own their equipment, build a strong client base, and charge premium rates. Success depends on skills, marketing, and the ability to handle large or commercial projects, often requiring physical stamina and business acumen.
