Every Rolling Suds location is locally owned and operated. Our location serves central Pennsylvania and the Baltimore, MD region. We provide professional exterior cleaning services to residential customers and continue to expand across our markets.
Our services include full home/commercial soft washing, pressure washing for concrete and flatwork, roof cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation. We operate with a structured, proven sales process and a strong focus on growth and development.
Position Overview
The Residential Sales Representative is a field-based role focused on generating new business and working directly with homeowners. This position involves door-to-door outreach, in-person consultations, closing sales on-site, and participating in local events and community marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A gas stipend is provided, along with ongoing coaching and support from leadership.
Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
In this role, you will generate leads through neighborhood outreach, attend local events, and run appointments with homeowners. You will conduct property walkthroughs, identify cleaning needs, present service options, and close sales. You will also communicate with the operations team to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of services.
Training & Development
New hires complete a one-week intensive training program that combines classroom instruction with field experience. During this time, you will learn the companys sales process, pricing structure, and objection handling strategies, while participating in real sales interactions.
Ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and team training sessions are provided to support continued development.
