Job Description
Base pay starts at $18.00 plus $2.00 shift differential
2nd Shift: 2:00PM - 10:00PM, hours may vary depending on operations
A Roll Form Machine Operator is a vital position within the facility that produces quality product for quality consumers.
An operator must be able to operate with minimal supervision and will perform tasks including but not limited to assisting in tooling set ups, die changes, and utilize equipment for production of material to keep within tolerance specified by work orders, diagrams and blueprints. Load and unload parts on roll former machines. Makes minor adjustments and performs coil and line changeovers.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience includes roll-forming, machine set-ups, and part inspections.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the workday and 80lbs as needed.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
