Job description

The QA Analyst is part of the Training and Quality Assurance Department and reports to the Training and Quality Assurance Department Manager. The position is non-exempt, hourly role and is located at 500 Steed Road, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and evaluating operational processes and transactions across multiple departments within MWGA. This role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory standards (including HIPAA), and client-specific requirements. The QA Analyst plays a critical role in identifying process gaps, improving accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and coaching feedback.   • Measure accuracy in auditing per MWGA documentation, policy administration, and customer service
โ€ข Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide support referencing quality assurance processes and procedures for QA Analysts conducting audits
  • Identify root causes of quality issues implement corrective / preventive actions to reduce risk
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company procedures and state / federal regulations
  • Conduct daily audits of transactions across all MWGA departments
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHI, POA, etc.)
  • Evaluate work received via multiple intake channels, including service request tickets, email, fax, and mail
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates or bachelor's degree is
  • Insurance administration or insurance support experience is
  • Must have general computer skills and be knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Windows, Excel, and
