Job Summary:
The Prep Cook will assist the kitchen staff in preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is essential in supporting our chefs and cooks in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, and dice vegetables; prepare sauces, marinades, and dressings; and portion proteins as directed by the chef.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of food items and supplies.
  • Equipment Handling: Safely operate kitchen equipment such as knives, food processors, and mixers, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
