Job description

The Facility Maintenance Technician (R&D Robotics Lab) is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company's facilities, including buildings, labs, and equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are in a safe and functional condition, and for identifying and repairing any issues that may arise. Working with an advanced ticking system.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in a high-tech robotics manufacturing environment
  • Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs and work orders
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies
  • Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
