In this role, you will support defining the future for Little Caesars and driving business impact through innovation. How You'll Make an Impact:Testing and Execution:
  • Coordinate the execution of pilot programs for new processes, operational solutions, and technologies in lab and live environments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and develop solutions for operational and guest facing challenges.

  • Track pilot performance and compile reports on outcomes to recommend next steps.

  • Support scaling successful pilots across the organization.

Agile Innovation and Project Management:
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to support agile innovation efforts.

  • Perform project management tasks, including maintaining project schedules, tracking risks, monitoring deliverables, and managing resources.

  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Operationalize New and Evolved Solutions:
  • Assist in operationalizing new and enhanced solutions & initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop a practical understanding of challenges and opportunities faced by Restaurant Team Members, Franchisees, and Customers by identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Market Intelligence and Growth Strategy:
  • Maintain a pulse on and assess emerging technologies and analyze their potential impact on restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Provide insights into vendor capabilities and competitive innovation trends to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain an innovation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in innovation and project management, preferably in restaurant operations.

  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to support innovation and process improvement initiatives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management and data visualization tools.

  • Hands-on experience in executing pilots or implementing new processes, applications, or technologies.
