Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment and facility systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
  • Develop skills in PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, plumbing, and other industrial maintenance disciplines.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and management to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and maintain certifications.
  • Work overtime or alternate shifts as needed to support production.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Three years of industrial maintenance, technical, or related hands-on experience preferred.
