Nous cherchons un·e ingénieur·e en robotisation qui aime comprendre comment une usine respire, qui observe les gaspillages comme des failles dans la matrice, et qui a envie de bousculer le statu quo avec intelligence et rigueur.

Ton rôle

Au cœur des opérations, tu travailleras en collaboration avec les équipes de production, d’ingénierie et de direction pour optimiser l’utilisation de nos robots actuels et développer la capacité manufacturière de demain.

Ton fil conducteur : efficacité, sécurité et amélioration continue.

Ce que tu feras concrètement

  • Concevoir et implanter des plans d’aménagement d’usine et d’installations manufacturières

  • Programmer et optimiser les robots industriels

  • Agir comme référence technique auprès des équipes de production pour les équipements automatisés

  • Piloter et coordonner des projets de robotisation, de l’idée à la mise en production

  • Participer à des projets de recherche et développement
