Job description

We're not just building robots-we're revolutionizing warehouse automation. At Prime Robotics, we believe in empowering businesses to thrive in a world of ever-increasing demands. We're driven by the vision of warehouses where human potential is maximized, efficiency is the norm, and growth knows no bounds.
Our mission is to revolutionize warehouse operations through innovative automation solutions, enabling businesses to overcome challenges and achieve unprecedented growth. We provide end-to-end automation systems that transform traditional warehouses into beacons of efficiency and productivity.
As one of the fastest-growing players in the robotics space, we need exceptional talent to fuel our expansion. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to help liberate warehouse operators from the constraints of traditional operations, enabling them to meet tomorrow's challenges with confidence and agility.
The Opportunity
As Account Manager for the Western Region, you'll be at the epicenter of our revenue growth and market expansion strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives on both nurturing existing customer relationships to their full potential and aggressively hunting new business opportunities throughout the western United States.
We are looking an Account Executive who has already won in this environment, someone who has carried and closed multi-million-dollar robotics or automation deals, understands the operational and financial drivers of warehouse operators, and knows how to navigate 12-24 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
This is not a role for someone learning enterprise sales. It's for someone ready to run a territory, build a pipeline, and close.
How You'll Drive Impact
  • Own a named account territory and build a qualified pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, proposal, executive presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-suite decision makers across warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT.
  • Partner with our solutions engineering team on technical scoping, you bring the commercial leadership, they bring the system design depth.
  • Develop competitive sales strategies within our industry and be a SME in this area.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and commit revenue with CRM discipline.
  • Represent Prime Robotics at industry events, trade shows (MODEX, ProMat), and customer sites.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals in the $1M-$10M+ range, warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.
  • Verifiable quota attainment history, we'll ask for it. At 70-100%+ of plan on $5M-$10M quotas is the target profile.
  • Familiarity with AMR, ASRS, WES/WMS, or sortation technologies, enough to lead discovery and proposal conversations without a SE present for every call.
  • Experience selling to VP of Operations, VP of Supply Chain, and C-suite buyers; able to build multi-threaded relationships across a single account.
  • Comfort with long, complex deal cycles (12-24 months) and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong financial fluency can build and present an ROI/payback model that resonates with a CFO.
  • CRM hygiene and forecast discipline, we run a data-driven sales process.
  • Regional Presence: Based in the Western region with willingness to travel 40-50% throughout your territory

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience with robotics, automation, or warehouse management systems
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse automation trends and technologies
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews that demonstrate quantifiable value
  • Previous success in the e-commerce, retail, manufacturing or distribution sectors
  • Track record of success in high-growth startups or technology companies

The minimum expected base salary for this role is $90,000, plus variable, annually informed by external market data. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, training, key or critical skills, and current market and business conditions.
Our hiring process may incorporate AI-assisted tools to support activities such as application review, resume screening, and response evaluation. These tools are used to assist our recruitment team and do not make hiring decisions independently. All final decisions are made by a human reviewer. For questions about how your personal data is handled during this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Prime Robotics is proud to be an EEOE, M/F/D/V, and we are committed to diversity both in practice and spirit at the corporate level.
Prime Robotics participates in E-Verify. E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.
Benefits
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health and wellbeing.
  • Dedicated vacation and sick leave that allows you to recharge and take care of yourself when needed.
  • Invaluable hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology that keeps your skills at the industry forefront.
  • A collaborative culture where innovation thrives and your work has a real impact.
  • The excitement of contributing to transformative technology in a fast-growing industry.
