- Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung von RPA-Bots (z. B. mit UiPath oder vergleichbaren Tools).
- Konzeption und Realisierung KI-gestützter Agenten/Workflows (Tool-Calling, Prompting, Guardrails, Evaluierung).
- Wartung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Bots und Workflows.
- Identifikation von Potenzialen und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Automatisierungsprozessen – mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Qualität und Nutzen.
- Schnittstellen & Integrationen: Erstellung und Erweiterung von Schnittstellen für Agenten (z. B. Agent - SAP (MCP)).
