Als AI Automation Engineer sind Sie für die Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, die Entwicklung und Implementierung von RPA- und KI-basierten Automatisierungslösungen sowie deren Wartung verantwortlich.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten zur automatisierten Umsetzung.
  • Entwicklung, Test und Implementierung von RPA-Bots (z. B. mit UiPath oder vergleichbaren Tools).
  • Konzeption und Realisierung KI-gestützter Agenten/Workflows (Tool-Calling, Prompting, Guardrails, Evaluierung).
  • Wartung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Bots und Workflows.
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Automatisierungsprozessen – mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Qualität und Nutzen.
  • Schnittstellen & Integrationen: Erstellung und Erweiterung von Schnittstellen für Agenten (z. B. Agent - SAP (MCP)).
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Fachinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in RPA-/Workflow-Automatisierung und/oder KI-gestützten Workflows/Agenten
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Erstellung von Automatisierungskonzepten gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen
  • Praxis in Entwicklung, Test und Betrieb von RPA-Bots (UiPath oder vergleichbar) inkl. Wartung/Monitoring
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von KI-Agenten/Workflows (Tool-Calling, Prompting, Guardrails, Evaluierung)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Schnittstellen & Integrationen (REST/JSON, Authentifizierung), idealerweise mit SAP-Anbindung
  • Solide Grundlagen in Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Python/JavaScript), Git, Logging/Monitoring sowie sauberer Dokumentation
  • Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und teamorientiert – Spaß an pragmatischen Lösungen mit messbarem Nutzen
