Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Business Analyst specializing in AI, process automation and business process modelling, you will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the company's applications and technologies for both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage AI to enhance business processes, improve application functionality, and drive technological innovation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational needs, implementing AI-driven solutions, and designing scalable strategies to support the company's growth and efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into business processes and technology solutions.

· Work closely with internal resources and third-party vendors to execute AI-powered projects and initiatives.

· Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI-driven objectives.

· Provide administrative and strategic support to project teams, especially during conferences, workshops, and AI solution demonstrations.

· Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with a focus on AI innovation and business transformation.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI tools, automated workflows, and project plans.

· Participate in the requirement-gathering process to define AI-based solutions and support prototyping, testing, and user training.

· Assist in redesigning business processes, incorporating AI-powered automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

· Provide front-line support for AI applications, ensuring performance, issue resolution, and SLA adherence.

· Actively contribute to the development and improvement of AI automation initiatives and strategies within the company.


Must-have Skills/Qualification:

• Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of work experience in Information Technology, business process management, or AI-focused roles.

• Proven Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of workflow automation technologies, including machine learning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI-enhanced software platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant business tools.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to analyze business processes and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline operations and increase efficiency

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven team player with a passion for innovation.
