1. Process Assessment and Analysis
  • Partner with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand, map, and document current-state processes.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation.

  • Analyze workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine technical and operational feasibility.

2. RPA Development
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.

  • Build and maintain reusable scripts, components, and workflows.

  • Configure bots to interact with applications, databases, and enterprise systems.

3. Integration
