What you'll actually experience:

Instead of just observing operations, you'll:

• Troubleshoot real PLC-controlled production systems

• Work alongside experienced Automation Technicians

• Support highly automated dairy manufacturing processes

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Gain exposure to industrial robotics, controls, and process automation

• Present recommendations to plant leadership

• Build skills that can lead directly to a full-time Automation Technician career

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

• Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology, Engineering, Automation, or related.

• No experience required; in-house training provided.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.

• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
