Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Warehouse Engineer (R1-R3) to establish and maintain the reliable operation and qualified state of the equipment and robotics systems in company warehouses. Engage with the project and cross-functional support teams as an equipment and automation subject matter expert. Lead C&Q and verification activities of new equipment and process, perform impact assessments for varying levels of changes to responsible equipment and systems, engage with original equipment manufacturers and other service vendors to build knowledge base, and deliver on projects and troubleshooting efforts. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or a closely related engineering field, and 2 years of experience providing engineering support to production operations. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with control system programming and integration with robotics platforms, PLC, HMI, and MES systems; 2 years of experience with providing engineering support in pharmaceutical manufacturing, parenteral, or packaging processes; 2 years of experience with AGV path simulations; 2 years of experience executing automation integration and performance testing; 2 years of experience performing continuous improvement and process optimization activities; and 2 years of experience with assisting with C&Q and verification activities. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$71,531.00 - $92,830.00 per year
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
