We are seeking an experienced Robotics Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Midwest for an innovative robotics company focused on collaborative automation solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in robotics, industrial automation, or factory automation who enjoys developing new business, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, working closely with distribution and system integration partners, and developing sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue throughout the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, manufacturers, system integrators, and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with application engineering and technical support teams to develop automation solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Support channel partner development and expansion efforts.
