Job Description The Product Lead is accountable for the end-to-end stewardship of the Wireless Voice and Roaming product portfolio across all stages of the product lifecycle.
The role champions consistent, reliable, and customer-centric product experiences that drive sustainable business outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between customer value, commercial performance, and enterprise priorities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and govern the end-to-end lifecycle of the roaming and wireless voice product portfolio across product definition, launch, scaling, optimization, rationalization, and retirement, ensuring portfolio coherence and long-term sustainability.

  • Define product strategy and value propositions in close partnership with Customer-Facing Units (CFUs), ensuring alignment across pricing, channels and distribution, customer experience for distinct customer segments.

  • Lead cross-functional product governance across commercial, network, IT, finance, CXM, and operations to optimize product profitability, grounded in end-to-end product costing, margin management, usage economics, and performance tracking.

  • Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, informed by customer insights, usage and traffic data, roaming behavior, regulatory constraints, and market trends, ensuring alignment with episode priorities, funding decisions, and resource planning.

  • Serve as the product authority and steward for roaming and wireless voice, making clear trade-offs between customer experience, revenue, cost, operational complexity, and platform constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Product Management, with a strong emphasis on product portfolio lifecycle management, product analytics, product strategy and execution (not limited to feature delivery or GTM execution).

  • At least 5 years in a people or portfolio leadership role, with demonstrated accountability for multi-product outcomes and cross-functional delivery in complex, regulated environments.

  • Strong analytical and data fluency, with hands-on experience using product, usage, or traffic analytics to drive product decisions and trade-offs.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a product authority, influencing senior stakeholders and making hard prioritization and lifecycle decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex product, network, and commercial topics into clear business outcomes.

  • Deep customer empathy, with a track record of solving real customer problems across end-to-end journeys, not just single touchpoints.

NICE-TO-HAVE:
  • Experience in telecommunications, particularly in roaming, wireless voice, or usage-based services (e.g. charging, rating, interconnect, roaming agreements).

  • Exposure to product marketing or GTM, specifically as a complement to (not a substitute for) core product ownership.

  • Familiarity with behavioral design, habit loops or growth loops especially in driving repeat usage and retention.

  • Experience designing digital and non-digital self-service journeys for usage tracking, top-ups, roaming activation, and offer consumption.
