Overview
 We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the job is completed properly, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine calls: Tire Changes, Car Door Unlocking, Gas Deliveries, Air on Tires, Jumpstart Assistance and installation of batteries, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
  • Critical thinking to solve problems in the field
  • Ensure tickets are closed out accordingly, charging customers appropriately, keeping track of van inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop solutions.
  • Excel in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Experience
  • Proven experience in vehicle battery installs and ability to properly change a tire or a similar technical field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters, phone etiquette with knowledge on how to use square/scanpay.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
