Position Summary

The Dairy RNG Regional Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of the dairy RNG facilities in their assigned region. Handles highly sophisticated issues, serves as an authority over several plants, consults with senior management to formulate and establish broad plans and policies, takes direction from the Director, RNG Dairy Operations, and is Self-motivated with the personal aim to lead people and issues safely and proactively.

Essential Functions:

  • Planning, directing, and implementing the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of RNG plants.
  • Handling sophisticated issues and serving as an authority over several plants.
  • Consulting with senior management to formulate and establish broad plans and policies
  • Self-motivated and able to lead people and issues proactively and support the assigned region.
  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of routine maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Reviewing work schedules, assignments, and rotations for the RNG Plant Technicians.
  • Working with company management to build and maintain the annual operating budget for the plants under their control.
  • Ensuring all employees are properly trained in the requirements of their respective position.
  • Reviewing, approving employee timesheets and expense reimbursements.
  • Providing employees with transparent, timely feedback and mentoring on performance.
  • Conducting performance reviews with employees.
  • Evaluating operations, maintenance, and performance of facility.
  • Performing equipment testing and developing action plans to improve performance.
  • Planning and implementing special projects to improve service quality.
  • Monitoring plant performance to ensure adherence to Company and Industry standards.
  • Compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate projects with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Knowledge of gas flow, instrumentation (4-20mA signals), PLC systems, and mechanical repair skills.
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions, climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be available to travel up to 75% of the time and able to prioritize travel and decisions based on needs of the plants.

Required Background:

  • 7-10 years of plant operations and maintenance experience in a RNG plant, power plant, or other Chemical processing plant. 4+ years of management experience or proven leadership skills.

    Compensation Range:

    $139,125 - 222,600

    We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate's qualifications, education, and experience.
