Job description

Summary of Job: Looking for a CRNA to join our team at Crestwood Medical Center working Four 10 hour shifts! Our practice has been present at Crestwood for over 15 years and we have a first-class anesthesia team in place. 
 
Cases include: Bread & Butter, Neuro, OB. 
 
 
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 Base + Annual Bonus
 
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
 
PTO: 6-8 weeks 
 
Call Pay/OT Pay/Premium Pay Offered
