Job Description:

Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria.

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Up to $12,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below)

Terms: 12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation 

Sign-on Eligibility:

  • One (1) year of applicable experience

  • Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible 

Relocation Eligibility:

  • Must live 50 miles outside of campus address

  • Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible

Schedule: Full time- 36 hrs per week.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

  • Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Education:

  • Associate's of Nursing [Required]

  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS [Required]

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS [Required]
