About the Role:

As a Nursing Manager - RN at Regional West Physicians Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance to your team to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that our clinic runs smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
  • Minimum of 2 year of management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care
