Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), medication administration systems, and common hospital software is essential. Additionally, shift differentials for nights or weekends and opportunities for overtime can impact overall compensation. Understanding these variables can help job seekers evaluate offers and negotiate salaries effectively.
