Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Details:
  • Location: Butner, NC 27509
  • Facility: Correctional
  • Shifts: AM - 8hrs shifts
  • Length: 13 Weeks contract with an option to extend
  • Start date: Asap
Pay Rates:
  • No housing - Local: $58/hr
  • With housing (50+ miles away from permanent): $48/hr
  • Housing stipend: $30/hr (taxable) + $1200 (tax-free)
    (Must be 50+miles from facility to taxable address to qualify for housing or housing stipend pay.)
Responsibilities:
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
