Job description

Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for an assistant director. This position assists with the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff.
As the facility director/RN, you will:
  • respond to any family and/or resident concerns
  • tour perspective families and/or residents
  • round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
  • conduct audits per CBRF registry
  • maintain employee schedules
  • maintain attendance and payroll records
  • participate in recruitment and retention activities

Required Qualifications:
  • must have an active RN license
  • must be age 18+
  • previous employment in a caregiving role
  • CBRF training classes preferred

Required Skills:
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
  • computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
  • ability to organize and set priorities
