An RN Apprentice is a nursing professional who is in the process of completing their education and training to become a Registered Nurse (RN). They typically work under the supervision of licensed RNs and other healthcare staff, gaining hands-on experience in clinical settings while finishing their academic requirements. The apprenticeship allows them to apply classroom knowledge to real-world nursing tasks, preparing them for licensure and full professional responsibilities. This role is designed to bridge the gap between nursing school and becoming a fully licensed RN.
