Schedule:Tuesday – Saturday6:00 AM – 3:00 PMJob Term: Temp to HirePosition Summary:The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards. This role also supports RMA processing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections on incoming supplier deliveries, picked parts, and finished assembled productsDevelop proficiency in QC processes, inspection tools, and quality proceduresSupport production schedules in coordination with the QC teamFollow inspection procedures accurately and consistentlyMaintain detailed and accurate inspection records and documentationInspect and evaluate returned materials to identify defects, damage, or causes of failureRecord RMA findings and communicate results with QC Supervisor and Engineering teamsCollaborate with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to support RMA processingAssist with onboarding and training of new team membersParticipate in cross-training across multiple inspection areasProvide feedback on workflow improvements and inspection practicesSupport implementation of new quality processes, tools, and initiativesJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of QC, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferredBasic knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers and gaugesAbility to follow procedures, specifications, and engineering drawingsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/data entry systemsStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment
