Summary
Under supervision of the Manager - Spare Parts, Shipping and Receiving, the RMA/Warranty Parts Administrator will be responsible for documenting and processing all warranty forms related to service, as well as processing and assisting with any RMA forms pertaining to customer returned parts. The RMA/Warranty Parts Administrator will also work with the BLM GROUP Service department as needed to track and maintain parts, along with other related duties as needed.
Essential Functions
The duties listed below are the specific duties and tasks that someone in this position must accomplish (i.e. why the job exists.)  These are the core responsibilities of the position that cannot be modified or eliminated.  The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the level and/or class of this position.  
Completes all RMA forms from Customers, related to returned parts
Assist all Customers as needed with part returns
Receives all returned parts, identifies disposition, and completes RMA forms
Processes RMA information using BLM GROUP software (SAP + Kardex)
Coordinates internal and external repairs for returned parts
Leads Bi-weekly meetings with the Service department on warranty parts sent to customers, which will need to be returned
Follow up with customers for parts sent under warranty, no less than weekly
Weekly returns status reporting to manager
Inventory variance report discrepancy reconciliation, no less than weekly
Serve as backup to order processing/order picking to cover days off and heavy workload
Other duties as assigned by management
