Our virtual clinic is equipped with the necessary tools and technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions, group discussions, and team collaborations. Your role will be vital in ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate mental health care without the barriers of traditional in-office appointments.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering critical information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and well-coordinated client care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support during critical moments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are timely and thorough.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering community and shared learning among participants.

Our client base is diverse and comprises individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more. As an LCSW with Riverbend, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, ensuring they receive culturally competent and empathetic care that resonates with their unique situations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster effective clinician-client relationships.

• Experience working within virtual therapy frameworks and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Background in community mental health settings with an inclusive approach to client care.
• Knowledge of cultural competencies and experience working with diverse populations.
