Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Riverbend Community Wellness & Mental Health, Inc. Work Environment

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility and the ability to serve clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will be vital in ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate mental health care without the barriers of traditional in-office appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering critical information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and well-coordinated client care.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support during critical moments.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are timely and thorough.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering community and shared learning among participants.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Proficient understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
