Riverbend Community Mental Health—a trusted leader in New Hampshire’s behavioral health community—is seeking a Licensed Master’s Clinician (Child & Family) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination. What You’ll Do:

• Empower Families: Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices that work.
• Be a Clinical Advocate: Offer expert consultation, case management, and crisis intervention when families need it most. Complete clinical assessments and individual/family-centered treatment planning.
• Meet People Where They Are: Deliver flexible, community-based care that breaks down barriers to mental health and reduces stigma.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Actively holding licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required.
• A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
• A heart for community-based work and a belief in the resilience of children.
