Job description

Gonzales, Ascension Parish, and the surrounding River Parishes area have a steady stream of property inspection work, and we need dependable local inspectors to help cover it. If you know the area and want flexible paid work that fits around your own schedule, this is an easy way to put your driving time to use.

The current need includes Ascension Parish, St. James Parish, Livingston Parish, St. John the Baptist Parish, Gonzales, Prairieville, LaPlace, Lutcher, Gramercy, Denham Springs, and nearby areas.

The work is simple. You go to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and submit a short report from your phone. Most visits take about ten to twenty minutes. You are not selling anything, collecting payments, or entering occupied homes.

You are paid per completed inspection by direct deposit. This is independent contractor work, and actual pay depends on the type, volume, and location of completed assignments. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own hours and decide how much work you want to take on.

You will need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, a smartphone, internet access, and the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions. A background check is required.
