Property Field Inspector - St. Charles Parish / Destrehan Area

National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout St. Charles Parish and communities west of the New Orleans metro area, including Destrehan, Luling, Hahnville, Boutte, Norco, and surrounding areas.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You'll Do

  • Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
  • Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
  • Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant.
  • Answer simple questions about the condition of the property.
  • Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.

Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
