Enhance and maintain operational risk measurement policies, procedures, and metrics, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and applicable regulatory expectations.

Risk Reporting:

Strengthen risk reporting by applying research, industry best practices, and operational knowledge to produce clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform decision-making across senior leadership, risk governance forums, and business partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of relevant operational or financial risk management experience.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; can adapt communication and presentation style to fit various audiences.

  • Influence stakeholders, build partnerships, provide effective challenge, and facilitate alignment across all levels of the organization, while navigating complex, sensitive situations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
