Job description

SSA Marine is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Management Administrative Assistant to support our Risk Management, Claims and Fleet Administration operations.

This position will work closely with teams in Seattle and will be responsible for maintaining records, processing documentation, supporting claims administration activities, managing invoices, updating databases, generating reports and assisting with process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Risk Management and Fleet Administration activities.
  • Manage insurance-related documentation, records and databases.
  • Process invoices and assist with payment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate information in corporate systems.
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis.
  • Support claims administration and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with teams across the United States and Mexico.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English (written and verbal)
  • 0-3 years of experience in administration, insurance operations, risk management, claims support or data management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
